Intreegue led this large residential project in Baltimore City from schematic design to construction administration. We worked closely with Penza Bailey Architects to site the house as well as the city to obtain grading and stormwater permits. The design features a full-size pool, fire pit area, parking court, decorative wing walls with custom gates and an allotment for a future pool house.
